BIOAVAILABILITY
LACRILON, is slowly released from the moment it is injected,
having positive trofism towards the fibrocartilagenous tissue,
it lies selectively on the joint cartilage, where significant
concentration (2-7ug. of tissue) will be spotted from the
first day to 4-8 days after injection, contributing to
the Matrix glycosaminoglycan pool and exerting its
pharmacalogical action (cartilage protection and cartilage repair)

CARTILAGE REPAIRING BIOSYNTHETIC
STIMULATION (More evident on the altered cartilage) LACRILON
acts on the cartilage macromolecular organization. It induces
the condrocite to the matrix formation. It favours
collagenogenesis, mainly, type II fibre (larger) (It also
acts on tendons). It encourages the formation of Proteoglycan
compounds with higher molecular weight (more efficient)
